Iwa Sushi • Grill is downtown Wenatchee's newest great restaurant, featuring sushi, sashimi, exquisite grilled dishes and fine sake from across the world.

Our chef, Billy Wei, hails from the east coast with the experience of a lifetime spent in the sushi world crafting delicious dishes with surgical precision & artistic style. He brings a unique perspective into his culinary creations, blending east coast style with west coast flavor.  The result is an incredible treat!

The word "iwa" is the Japanese word for "cliff," and we chose it as the perfect name for our restaurant, capturing both the nature of this region, nestled between mountains and water, and for the nature of our passion – to bring excellent dishes from the abundance of land and sea to your palate.
