Serving Up Fresh Sushi in Wenatchee!
Iwa Sushi and Grill is a result of a combination of passion for good food and good people. It presents itself in edible forms of art. In 2006 it was a concept, and for the following three years the team was assembled. In summer of 2009, it came to fruition. Lying in the heart of downtown Wenatchee, the current location is a perfect place to house Iwa’s style of cuisine.
Now it is one of Wenatchee’s best places to bring the family (or special someone) and enjoy luxurious flavors while meeting new friends. They would like to extend their thanks for the community’s support and patience throughout their growth process.
The word “iwa” is the Japanese word for “cliff”.
We chose it as the perfect name for our restaurant, as it captures both the nature of this region (nestled between mountains and water) and for the nature of our passion (to bring excellent dishes from the abundance of land and sea to your palate).
